reCAPTCHA is a free anti-SPAM service from Google. It helps to prevent bots from filling your contact forms with rubbish.

In the past, it's used a tickbox (pictured below) to determine whether your user is genuine or not. A genuine user gets a tick, a suspicious user has to solve a basic puzzle (such as selecting the correct image from a grid) to continue.
This is great at preventing junk from getting through, but the obvious issue is that it presents a hoop your user has to jump through before being able to complete the action - a potentially serious problem if that action is making an enquiry or making a purchase.

Invisible reCAPTCHA solves this issue by handling verification in the background with no input from genuine users.

As of today, we're integrating invisible reCAPTCHA with all contact forms by default. It won't be applied retrospectively, but it is available if you're having issues with SPAM. Simply get in touch and let us know.

More information is available on the Google website.
